I’m a Registered Dietitian with a dual Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences specializing in sports nutrition. Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, fitness levels, and health goals.

My philosophy emphasizes building sustainable habits that support fitness goals and helping athletes understand the “why” behind evidence based nutrition recommendations. I strive to empower athletes with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to perform their best and fuel for life.
