How it Works

Choose a nutrition plan that meets your fitness needs

All sessions are 60 minutes long. Unlike traditional brief follow up appointments, each session is designed to provide dedicated time for individualized planning, education and deeper discussions regarding your unique fitness goals. All sessions are conducted virtually for your convenience. Flexible scheduling based on your timeline, all sessions must be used within 6 month period.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

Single 60 min session

$ 250

  • Comprehensive nutrition assessment

  • Review of current dietary intake and eating patterns

  • Evaluation of exercise schedule

  • Personalized nutrition recommendations including energy and protein needs, pre-exercise and post-exercise nutrition

  • Summary of recommendations covered during session


Performance Optimization Package

Three 60 min sessions

$ 216 per session

Includes all aspects of initial nutrition consultation plus:

  • Development of customized nutrition plan with prioritized next steps 

  • Review of current hydration intake and recommendations based on fitness needs

  • Review of current supplement use and evidence-based recommendations

  • Fueling and recovery nutrition plans tailored to different exercises and schedule changes


Peak Performance Package

Six 60 min sessions

$ 200 per session

Includes all aspects of initial nutrition consultation and performance optimization package plus:

  • Long term nutrition periodization based on training schedule or sport timelines

  • Nutrition support through rehab phases

  • Ability for multiple customized nutrition plans including macronutrient, fueling and recovery needs

  • Advanced body composition monitoring and progress tracking

  • Greater focus on habit development and sustainable behavior change
